Prior to opening our doors on the Beltline in O4W, we hosted an event on National Margarita Day to raise money for Giving Kitchen.
Giving back to the city that shaped me was always a big part of why I started Guac y Margys. From day one, I wanted it to be more than just a place to enjoy great food and drinks—I wanted it to be a space that gave back to the people who made Atlanta the great city that it is.
Over the five years that GyM was open, we had the privilege of raising over $6,000 for incredible local nonprofits like Giving Kitchen, which provides emergency assistance to food service workers in crisis. Whether through fundraising events, special promotions, or simply bringing people together for a good cause, we were proud to support the city that supported us.
Community isn't just about a location—it's about the people, the connections, and the impact we make together.
